Based in the PARC Frankston gym, great for participants who want to use a wider range of equipment to progress their rehabilitation.

WATER BASED
PHYSIOTHERAPY

Working out of the warm rehabilitation pools at PARC Frankston, hydrotherapy may assist with pain relief, building up muscle strength and improving fitness.  Here the therapist will get in the water with you and make sure you're safely completing the exercise program.

Working out of the rooms in PARC Frankston for all your rehabilitation needs.

Let us come to you! Appointments can be organised for a home visit, or we can meet in the community, such as a local park. Travel fees apply.
